Our Business Analysis focus primarily on gathering and documenting your requirements, understanding your current state, and assessing the feasibility and potential impacts of the proposed change.

Our Business Analysts undertake the following:

  11. Vendor Evaluation: We assess and compare technology vendors and solutions based on high-level requirements and criteria.
  12. Regulatory Compliance: We ensure that proposed ICT initiatives align with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  13. Business Case Development: Our BAs assist in creating business cases that justify proposed ICT projects, focusing on the benefits and Return on Investment (ROI).
