Everyone is telling you to do something with AI. Not many people are telling you what.

That is the gap we sit in. We are a Hobart consultancy, twelve years in, helping Tasmanian organisations sort the genuinely useful AI from the noise. Sometimes that means building something. Sometimes it means telling you the thing you were sold last month is not worth the trouble.

We work in three parts. Plan, Do, Run.

Plan

We start with an honest read on where you actually are. What your data looks like, what your people are doing by hand, and which of those problems AI is genuinely good at. You get a short list worth pursuing and, just as usefully, a list to leave alone.

That covers maturity assessment, use cases, governance that fits inside your existing risk framework, and plain advice for your executive on cost, risk and opportunity.

Do

Then we pick one thing and prove it on your own data. A real use case, success criteria agreed up front, and a clear answer at the end about what it would cost to run properly. If it works, you will know. If it does not, you will know that too, and you will have spent very little finding out.

What we build tends to be assistants that answer questions from your own documents and show you where the answer came from, paperwork read and sorted at volume, routine multi step work automated with your people still in charge, or a purpose built system run wherever suits you.

When something is worth keeping, we harden it, review the security to your standards, write the runbooks and hand it over.

Run

Tools sitting unused change nothing. We spend as much time on training, rollout and getting work habits to shift as we do on the software itself. Practical sessions built around your actual work, approved tools with the right controls, and support once it is all live.
