Supporting TasTAFE's Student Management System Replacement and Finance Upgrade

The challenge

TasTAFE is replacing its student management system, the core platform behind enrolments, student records and course delivery, and upgrading its finance system. Both are critical systems, so TasTAFE needed a clear path through procurement, integration and delivery.

What we did

K2 Projects is providing consulting services to TasTAFE across both initiatives, with work that includes:

• Integration and delivery management for the student management system replacement program
• Project management and business analysis for the procurement phase
• Support for the finance system upgrade

Outcomes

Both initiatives are in their early stages. We will update this story as the programs reach key milestones.
