Implementing Clinical Software for Huon Regional Care

The challenge

Huon Regional Care, a regional health and aged care provider in southern Tasmania, had an urgent need to implement new clinical software. It needed experienced project leadership in place quickly to plan and deliver the implementation.

What we did

K2 Projects is providing consulting services to Huon Regional Care, having mobilised at short notice to lead the implementation. Our work includes:

• Project leadership, planning and governance
• Coordination across the organisation's teams and the software provider
• Readiness planning for the move to the new system

Outcomes

The implementation is in progress, and we will update this story once the new system is live.
